You can get tickets online (refer here) or at the Box Office Counter, Istana Budaya opened as follow:
Monday-Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday / Sunday / Public Holidays: 9.00 am – 1.00 pm or 7.00 pm – 9.00 pm (if the performances held on the day)

7. How much is a ticket?

Ticket prices are determined by the production of each performance and usually between RM20 – RM250 depending on the type of show.

8. What are the facilities provided for the disabled?

Istana Budaya is equipped with facilities for those who are in wheelchairs. This includes an access ramp to the lobby, lowered buttons lift and a special waiting area at the Front Hall. We also provide unisex toilets at the Front Hall and Main Hall.

9. What is the dress code when viewing shows at Istana Budaya?

For Orchestra and Choir, you need to wear lounge suit, Batik or a long sleeves shirt. For theatre and dance, decent attire is sufficient. Worn out/shabby jeans, round neck shirt, shorts, conspicuous attire, sports attire, sport shoes and slippers are not allowed.

10. Is parking spaces provided?

There are many parking spaces around Istana Budaya and they are free.
