We the staff of Istana Budaya pledge to provide the following services:-

1. To provide space and opportunity for artists to stage performances with 70% local production and 30% international production throughout the year.
2. To stage 24 quality dance and musical theatre performances throughout the year.
3. To enliven stage performance art enthusiasts through a 5% increase in total audience attendance every year.
4. Unearth 150 new talents in the performing arts industry.
5. To respond to customer complaints and feedbacks in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner within a 3-day working period once the complaint and feedback is received.
6. To achieve 204,000 hits and an average 4.00 minute length of stay on the website per year.

As a government organisation, the main role of Istana Budaya is to provide quality theatre art performances that can be viewed by all communities in Malaysia and abroad.
